PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING!
1. FOR NEW CLIENTELE: Due to high theft with using credit cards when booking you must have a card on file and provide a deposit fee to secure your appointment. The day of your appointment you must pay in CASH ONLY as a new client for up to 2 CONSECUTIVE YEARS. Please understand that I take my craft as a professional hairstylist and Esthetician very seriously and the amount of time and effort I put into each service and back into my business, I cannot afford to have money stolen. Thank you and I apologize for any inconvenience this may bring but due to the circumstances this is a way to gain trust with my clients. I look forward to all my clients and can't wait to service you!
2. ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH MY BOOKING SITE.
THERE IS A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD BEFORE YOU HAVE A LATE FEE CHARGED IN ADDITION TO YOUR SERVICE.
3. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES.

I ONLY PROVIDE REDOS ON HAIR CARE SERVICES IF YOU ARE DISASTISFIED. PLEASE CONTACT ME THROUGH EMAIL TO EXPLAIN YOU DISASTIFACTION OR CONCERNS TO BE PROVIDED A REDO SERVICE.
4. BODY CONTOURING SESSION PAYMENTS ARE ALLOWED TO SPLIT INTO TWO PAYMENTS ONLY. THE FIRST HALF IS DUE UPFRONT TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT.

5. THE PAYMENTS THAT ARE ACCEPTED ARE CASH, CASHAPP, GOOGLE PAY, APPLE PAY, OR VENMO.
6. IF YOU ARE UNDECIDED ON WHAT SERVICES TO BEST FIT YOUR BEAUTY NEEDS PLEASE EMAIL ME TO SCHEDULE A OVER THE PHONE CONSULTATION.
7. PHONE CONSULTATIONS ARE ONLY TO HELP FIGURE OUT SERVICES YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECIEVE.

8. NO EXTRA GUEST ARE ALLOWED DURING YOUR APPOINTMENTS.
9. NO CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OLD CANNOT BE SERVICED.
10. DUE TO THE CURRENT PANDEMIC, COVID-19 IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY SYMPTOMS OR FEEL SICK IN GENERAL PLEASE GIVE 24-HOURS TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.
